Starting on January, 25th 2021 credits will be consumed when you request a piece of content rather than when you accept a submission. This update paves the way for exciting features and improvements throughout 2021!

What else is changing on January 25th? Check out the following articles for more guidance:

Sunset Features:

Scheduling

The scheduling feature will no longer be available as of January 25th, 2021. This feature allows you to auto-purchase submissions on a regular cadence whether or not you've had a chance to view them. Very few customers still use this legacy tool and it simply is not compatible with many of the new and upcoming features planned for 2021.

Unlimited Requests

Unlimited requests (sometimes referred to as 'ongoing requests') were used to tell writers that you want to receive submissions on a particular topic indefinitely without any limit to submissions.

Because credits will now be consumed when you activate a request, we need to know how many pieces of content you plan on purchasing so that we can reserve the correct number of credits for you.

Don't worry, you will still be able to receive multiple pieces of content from writers. For example, if you would like to purchase 4 pieces of content for a request, you can indicate this in the request form and reserve 4 credits for the request.

How to continue receiving content for your unlimited requests:

All active, unlimited (ongoing) requests will be deactivated on January 25th, 2021. They will be moved to your Inactive Requests folder. You must update these requests with a quantity before activating them again.
