What if I didn’t receive a Routable invite?

Your Routable invite is sent to the email address you have listed in your Verblio account. If you can’t find your invite:

  • Check that you don’t have any typos in the email address linked to your Verblio account

  • Check your spam folder and promotional message folder in your inbox

  • Search your inbox for “Routable”

If you still cannot find your Routable invite, please email [email protected] where a support representative will assist you.

What if I don’t set up my Routable account by January 16th, 2023?

Starting on January 16, 2023, all Verblio payments will be sent via Routable. If you don’t complete your Routable profile before then, Verblio will continue to process your invoices and send you your payments each week. However, you will not be able to deposit this money until you finish setting up your Routable account.

To set up your Routable account, click on the email invitation from Routable. You will be asked to confirm the basic details that you already provided to Verblio, such as your name and tax information, as well as your bank account details.

If you leave this page, simply return to it using the link in your email and Routable will save your progress.

After your account is set up, you will be able to receive payments from Verblio each Monday. You will also receive any payments that Verblio sent you prior to you completing your Routable registration.

If you are running into any difficulties setting up your account, please email [email protected] where a support representative will assist you.
