Once you become a +Optimize customer, you have the option to have your optimized content delivered via email or directly to your (or your customer's) CMS.
To change your delivery preferences, go to the "More" dropdown menu on your subscriptions dashboard. There, you'll click the "Delivery Options" tab to set your subscription's delivery preferences.
Once you've clicked "Delivery Options", you'll be prompted to choose which delivery method you'd prefer. Your options are either "Send to my email" or "Upload to my CMS". Please note that we cannot deliver your content to your CMS if you have 2-factor authentication through a mobile decide or mobile authenticator-app enabled for your CMS account.
If you choose email delivery, you'll be asked to specify which email you would like your content sent to. Once you purchase a piece of content in the platform, it will be sent to our +Optimize team, who will optimize your content and pair it with stock images. They'll then share your optimized content & photos in an email sent directly to you.
If you choose "Upload to my CMS", our +Optimize team will instead directly upload your optimized content & photos directly to your site. In order to do this, you'll need to provide login credentials that our team can use to access your site. In order for our team to successfully access your site with your login credentials, please follow the guidelines below.
If you are a Hubspot or Shopify user or use a site that requires the use of email verification codes, you will need to send our team a new user invitation. If you provide us login credentials associated with an email address that we're unable to access, we will deliver your content via email instead.
When you invite Verblio as a user on your CMS, use the email address optimize+[insert your subscription name]@gmail.com (ex: [email protected]). This will allow us to access any retrieval codes sent via email.
Once you've sent the invitation, please notify our support team so that we can access your invitation before it expires. We'll then create a login & password and update your delivery preferences page.
You will also need to disable 2-factor authentication on your account. Currently, we cannot deliver your content to your CMS if you have 2-factor authentication through a mobile decide or mobile authenticator-app enabled for your CMS account. If you are unable to deactivate 2FA, your delivery preferences will be switched to email delivery.
If at any point we are unable to deliver your content to your CMS, we will deliver your content to the email associated with your account, to ensure you still receive the content you need. Our support team will then reach out to you to have you update your delivery preferences.
