If you need to skip a month in your subscription, or you just need some extra time to catch up on credits, Verblio has a few options to help. You can:
Skip a billing cycle while retaining full access to your account
Pause submissions from writers
Downgrade your subscription to receive fewer credits per month.
Skip a Month
Take a break from your Verblio subscription at any time by skipping your next scheduled subscription renewal. You’ll retain full account access and you can continue managing content as usual. We’ll simply skip your next scheduled renewal and then resume billing the following month. You can skip your next month’s renewal up to four times over a 12-month period.
To skip a month, click on the More button and choose Subscription Status from the drop-down menu.
From here, you can choose to change your subscription’s content plan, cancel your subscription entirely, or skip a month. Click the ‘Skip my upcoming month’ button.
You’ll retain access to your account as if it were active, meaning you can continue to add requests, review and purchase submissions, and use your credits as usual.
If you change your mind and do not want to skip your next renewal, you can undo your skip any time before the previously scheduled renewal date. Click the 'Undo skip' button to resume a normal billing schedule:
Pause Submissions
If you want to stop submissions from coming in to have a chance to catch up, you can deactivate all of the requests in your account. Writers won't be able to submit content to you until you reactivate those requests. Your card will still be charged during this time.
To deactivate a request, simply open each request and click "deactivate":
Downgrade Your Subscription
If you'd prefer to keep your subscription active and instead receive fewer credits per month, visit the Change Plan page at any time, and downgrade your subscription. When you're ready to receive more content, simply upgrade your plan to receive more credits per month. Click here to learn how to change your plan.
