Starting January 25th, all active requests must be backed by a credit. If you have more active requests than available credits, (ex: 3 active requests but only 2 credits available), your excess requests will be deactivated and not receive content.

Watch the video below to learn how to review and update your requests:

How to Update Your Requests

1) Visit your Active Requests folder and keep as Active only the requests you have enough credits for.

2) Deactivate all other requests to save them for later. Don't worry, these requests will be saved in your Inactive Requests folder.

3) When your credits renew, you can find your deactivated requests in the requests dropdown under “Inactive Requests” to reactivate them. You’ll also have the option to active them a la carte instead of using a credit.
